After being raised in a small Massachusetts town in a family of 10, I was blessed to have the opportunity to play college (Skidmore College) and professional lacrosse (LXM Pro 949) before my focus shifted to becoming a fitness, Revelation Breathwork, and biohacking fanatic. I started this journey once I developed chronic back pain and dove deeper into the underlying causes asking for healing. On any given day, you might find me on the beach practicing Revelation Breathwork, meditating, or inspiring the beautiful beings in the the Revelation Breathwork, F45 Training Culver City, Casa Ananda, or Kinetic Energy communities.
