Revelation Breathwork is a guided, music-driven breathwork experience that functions like an active meditation – helping people get out of their heads and into their bodies.
Participants join with headphones, somewhere comfortable to sit or lie down, while I guide them through two distinct phases – with your music serving as the soundtrack of the journey.

Space to feel, release, reconnect, and experience familiar songs in an entirely new way.
Part 1
The Active Breath
About 30 Minutes
The first phase uses an active two-part inhale. We begin slowly and gradually build in pace and intensity, although intensity is never required.
This is a physical, emotional experience. Participants are invited to feel what is happening in the body, release emotion, express through movement or sound, and go inward.
The music isn’t background. It becomes part of the experience.
A lyric can suddenly land differently. A memory can surface. A familiar song can open an entirely new emotional doorway.
Part 2
Integration
About 10 Minutes
The active breathing ends and participants return to normal nasal breathing.
Think of it like savasana at the end of a yoga practice.
The body settles. The music continues. There is space to rest, receive, reflect, and allow whatever arose during the active phase to integrate.
For artist collaborations, the experience can then flow into a short integration, optional sharing, and – if desired – a VIP artist Q&A.
