How Private Sessions Work
Intro breathwork sessions are 90 minutes and a blend of coaching, breathwork, and spiritual guidance, as well as spaceholding for what arises to bet met, held and loved. One private session is like an entire year of group classes!
Sessions are only offered in packages, but you are welcome to try an initial 90 minute session to discover if this is the right fit for your journey.
Intro Session: $400 ($350 Spring Sale)

Private sessions are 75 minutes and a blend of coaching, breathwork, and spiritual guidance, as well as spaceholding for what arises to bet met, held and loved. This package is great for moving through a transformational period of life, or working through things overtime to cultivate lasting changes.

Quarterly Private Sessions
Private breathwork and coaching four times a year. We will meet once every 3 months for deep coaching and private breathwork (Membership not included).
Many clients prefer to meet quarterly for a deep-dive and tune-up around whatever is most alive in their experience or to work deeper life themes over time.
Life Moments
Private sessions are available to celebrate big events like birthdays, weddings or personal parties, as well as an add-on for retreats.
Sessions are also available for those moments where life throws you a curveball and processing big moments like grief and loss.
